33 When a request for assistance and assistance has been requested, a party may therefore consider itself unreachable and, therefore, informs the party requesting it. B. The procedures for applying for assistance are submitted by the agent of one part of the other party`s agent. An application to do so must indicate that it is submitted in accordance with this agreement. Such a request can be made by telephone, as soon as possible a written confirmation of this request. C. The designation of the plenipotentiary: each party to this agreement designates a plenipotentiary. This designation is communicated in writing to the Chairman of the Other Party`s Board of Directors upon the implementation of this agreement. This designation may be changed by the chairman of a party`s board of directors at any time after the announcement in a timely manner. D.
Traveller – Unless otherwise stated by the recipient or agreed in writing by the parties, it is mutually understood that the recipient is taking care of the needs of the supplier`s travelling staff. The recipient pays all reasonable costs and costs of the supplier`s staff, including, but not limited, transportation costs for arrival and from the disaster area, food and, if necessary, accommodation. When the recipient is unable to provide these foodstuffs and/or shelters near or near the disaster area, the recipient informs the supplier and indicates in his request for assistance that only staff who can meet their own needs are requested. E. Monitoring and ControlThe supplier refers to supervisory personnel who are seconded to provide assistance and assistance to the recipient. The recipient provides the supplier`s staff with the information necessary to allow them to work on behalf of the recipient. The recipient assigns tasks to the supplier`s supervisory staff and, unless expressly stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for the coordination between the supplier`s supervisor and the recipient. On the basis of these responsibilities determined by the recipient, the supplier`s supervisory staff is empowered to: 1. assign the work and establish work schedules for the claimant`s staff; 2. keep daily staff recordings, recordings of equipment and minutes of aircraft hours; 3.
Indicate the progress of the work to the recipient at regular intervals, as indicated by the recipient. F. Service time; Renewal capacity Reminder- Unless otherwise agreed, the duration of the supplier`s assistance is initially twenty-four hours (24) hours from arrival.
