The aim of this agreement is to create agreed conditions for PACT member companies when negotiations are initiated with CED members. It clearly defines the parameters of royalties, provides details of the production plan and budget, provides for a period of stay, accommodation and travel costs, clearly defines the responsibilities of the designer and manufacturer, and preserves the rights of IP designers.
