What about RCI class action? Why haven`t I received any information about this as a member of this site? Is this true against RCI in Collingwood Ontario, Canada? I stopped making payments to these greedy merchants a little over a year ago and received a lot of calls from Barrie Ontario`s collection/credit information. Stopped answering the phone because no one wants to hear the truth of the thing, RCI just wants them to be right or wrong in this senseless case. They broke their contract with me when they couldn`t place my family in one of their resorts for a holiday in Collingwood and couldn`t even follow their own accommodation rules when it comes to fire safety and how many people are allowed to stay at that particular resort they wanted to give us. They replied that we were the ones who cancelled the stay, even though we pointed out to them that what they were offering us was illegal shelters. I received a letter from the Schufa about two weeks ago. (no return address inside, just marked by Barrie Ont.) I don`t know anyone from Barrie Ont. I know it`s from them. I haven`t opened it yet, I don`t really want to, because I`m tired of these A-holes and their reluctance to listen and be reasonable. I absolutely refuse to give them a penny and I want to get back the money I have already given them! We will see each other in court if that is what is needed.
Your unsecured contract is waste, your ticket is not worth the paper on which it is written, and RCI fails by not respecting this useless contract, by coming to meet us, when, where and how we requested it. I haven`t climbed any class action on board yet, but I`m at 110%. Truly P.O.d of Oxford County, Southern Ontario In December 2008, a settlement was agreed in the class action – Murillo vs. RCI Below, you will find the terms of the billing services in their latest form, which may have changed slightly. RCI did nothing but charge us more and more money and withdraw our points without moving them forward, as they said, telling us that they weigh us down and then the points always fall. . . .
