(ii) Each worker is entitled to at least two (2) consecutive days off and one weekend off in two or by mutual agreement between employers and workers, two (2) weekends four (4) and, in all cases, no more than two (2) consecutive weekends. A weekend is defined as consecutive hours between 0001 hours Saturday and 0700 hours Monday. The parties agree to put in place a non-binding procedure for revising the complementary/market adaptation approach in the HSAS/SAHO collective agreement, with the aim of simplifying and modernising wage structures. 11.3 There is no change to the plan or participation agreement that interferes with any advance tax decision in effect prior to the amendment. In exceptional cases where a worker has special needs and is not entitled to other paid leave, the specific leave or period of activity arrangements agreed by co-workers and the employer that are not inconsistent with the requirements of the Saskatchewan Employment Act are defined in this collective agreement. (d) temporary positions provided for by a union, with the employer not to exceed twelve (12) months, unless it is renewed by mutual agreement with the union; No worker is required or authorized to enter into a written or oral agreement with an employer representative who may be in conflict with the terms of the collective agreement. The participant is a worker entitled whose application for participation has been approved by the employer and who has entered into an agreement with the employer. v) There are no more than four (4) successive overtime hours twelve (12) hours at any given time. The derogations from this rule are only by mutual agreement between the employer and the worker. If a worker has relevant work experience outside the HSAS trading unit, he obtains employment with an employer within ninety (90) days following the termination of his former employer, He may be entitled to the following activity: c) Unless mutual agreement, workers are not required to participate in a work where the worker`s hours of work, with the duty time and the duty time of the jury, exceed the normal hours of work of a full-time employee.
b) Negotiated expanded plans continue until they are negotiated or otherwise terminated under the original agreement. HSAS has the right to ask any health region and related company to allow their interested HSAS employees to participate in the plan, with or without minor changes to the text of the plan, as agreed upon by mutual agreement. In the absence of mutual agreement on the text of the plan, HSAS or the health region (including associated companies) may ask a third party for a final and binding decision on the text of the plan.
